- Bulid round it with a high degree of specialization.IaaS and PaaS have been broken down into even more specialized services and the same things is now happening SaaSOr which I personally find more provocative, consider this (CHANGE)
- One that you dominate to the point of allowing you to create a competitive advantage. Ideally in a market that you know well.In order to turnyour application into a platform and give it enterprise scale, heavy standards, governance, etc.- Connect it to what is already out there. Do not spend a single dollar in re-developing stuff. Risk is already acceptable levels from an investor’s perspective.Create non complex customer experiences. No excuses accepted for B2B or technical products. Build Consumer Grade Servicesand…Go open-source as much as you can. Although AWS has become a the current standard. Google is innovating rapidly (fractioned billing, new languages) and things like Open Stack should become as important as Linux or Apache have on the servers layer.and….
