a company, some include engaging the customer, or educating the customer.
Contextual Elements- The includes the design on the website, the lay out,
and the navigation between different aspects within the website.
Content- It is very important to have information within the website as
content, having many ways of expressing that information, such as text,
infographic, or a video, are great ways of keeping a potential customer
exploring your website. This is an important stage to get your customer
engaged, as the 4E Framework had included.
5. 7C Online Marketing Framework
Community- It is good to let customers interact together on the website
and/or blog a company has. This is a great way to let happy customers
express their thanks and help others to see the product as good quality, as for
if there are unsatisfied consumers, a company and address the issue and help
the customer out to, hopefully, make their experience better,
Communication- This is important, like expressed in community,
communication can help keep happy customers happy and attempt to help
unhappy customers become happy with the products/services they received.

useful, such as having a website, an ap, and having a physical store.

The need for personal time- Also called “me time,” is for when people just want to be alone
and do something fun, like play games on their phone or watch movies/tv shows.
Socialization- People enjoy being able to socialize with other people who are playing games
or just to chat with others through apps.

their hobbies.
8. Engaging Customers
Listen- A firm needs to know when to listen to the customer. A good way of
listening is to pay attention to social media and see what is being said about the
company. Being willing to communicate with customers to help fix problems or
give a thanks for a good review is beneficially.
Analyze- It is important to pay attention to who is coming and going on sites, blogs
and other social medias. Pay attention to who is commenting and responding to
others. Notice the many aspects that can be used on a website, conversion rates
are one aspect to look at. Keyword analysis is another important part of analysis,
making sure the keywords that have been used by a business are actually working
in favor in the business.
Do- Like said in “Listen,” after listening, do something, like respond to people
who have shown their gratitude and happiness with a product and respond to
people who have shown their disapproval. Have a presence on social, media
platforms and use it.
9. Campaign Steps
Identify strategy and goals- After a company determines what the goal of the campaign is, they
must then figure out how they want to achieve that goal.
Identify the target audience- The company must figure out who they want to sell their
products/services to. Once a company knows who they want to sell their products to, they will be
able to target that audience easier through their campaign.
Develop a budget- A company must know how much they are willing to spend on their campaign and
advertising to get their product out further to their target market.
Develop a campaign- A company needs to create their campaign and experiment with what they do
and how things are advertised.
Monitor campaign and make changes- Once a campaign is created, the prossess is still uncomplte. A
company must watch how their campaign does and make changes to the campaign to make sure that
everything is working well and hopefully, increasing their conversion rates.

Influencers help bring out a product when:
The influencer has a following within the target market

The revenue outweighs the cost of having the influencer show off the product.
