Dear Employer,
I believe I am the best candidate for a full time employee for your company. With a full paid academic
scholarship, I graduated from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona with a degree in
business management. While I attended school, I invested my efforts in diversifying my business knowledge to
begin training myself to become a leader in a corporate community. I have taken classes in Eller from
International Management, in order to understand culture and managing change in business, to Sales
Operations Management, to understand the notions of RFPs and incentivizing a team. Getting involved with the
school community was equally as important, as I was a member of the professional business fraternity Delta
Sigma Pi. This organization allowed me to enhance my professional skills, as well as provide opportunities to
lead. My favorite event was teaching classes with Junior Achievement; helping underprivileged schools learn
about basic business principles. With these experiences I will be able to bring value to your company.
Outside of school I have participated with a few different jobs that have helped me gain necessary skills for my
future career. I was an employee at QuikTrip as a clerk for about 5 years where I have mastered the art of
customer service. I have learned about loyalty and appreciation of my workplace’s future. I attended every
optional business/corporate meeting, in which they discuss performance and future goals of the company. This
was important for learning about the fast paced global environment. As an individual I pride myself in learning
and being an important character in all things both at work and at home. During the summers I engaged myself
in a growing franchise called ServPro in Northwest Chandler, Arizona. It is a flood and fire restoration, and mold
remediation company. I was hired as a technician and a sales associate in their second year of opening. I
committed myself to building relationships with insurance companies, residential owners, and commercial
estates to help increase sales for the growing franchise. I immediately gained a promotion and would manage
other technicians at job sites 10-15 years older than me. I provided feedback and proper teaching methods that
lead to an increase in accounts due to the success. Attention to detail and strong communication were key skills
that led to the success. The company has provided me with the most amazing experience of watching a
business grow and prosper.
Currently I am an employee at Crescent Crown Distributing as the youngest sales representative at the
company. I manage beer sales for over 50 accounts. I have had to build my rapport through my product
knowledge and overall customer service. My passion to use forecasts, formulas and math to increase sales and
beat out the competition led to extreme success. I also assist with managing new recruits and I engage in large
GSM’s, as well as small team meetings where I practice selling skills. With every job I have had, I always make
sure my morals match the company’s morals and from what I have researched and learned, I believe your
company is a perfect fit. The high positive energy work environment along with innovation and creativity while
working with others is a dream job to me and I will plan on being a long term investment.
I am looking for a full time position that will provide me with the experience of an amazing culture and the
