U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 59, Smithfield, VA is the uniformed civilian volunteer branch of the United States Coast Guard. The USCG Auxiliary's primary focus is to promote recreational boater safety, but is authorized to assist the Coast Guard with all missions except direct law enforcement or military action.
