SAP Related Experience (IBM)
1. Project Assignment:
Client – Align Technology Inc: Align Technology is a global medical device company with
industry-leading innovative products such as Invisalign clear aligners, iTero Intra oral scanners,
and OrthoCAD digital services that help dental professionals achieve the clinical results they
expect and deliver effective.
Project Detail – Implementing SAP (R/3) 6.0 system on HANA to remove existing system JDE for
modules that include SAP MM, SD, FI-CO, PP, PM. Presently the project is in realization phase.
Duration – June’2015 till Date
Role –Joined as a Functional Consultant for the OTC area.
Team Size –The total functional team size of 20+ across all modules and technical team size of
20+ of SAP.
Responsibilities & Activities:
• Worked on wricefs related to Sales Order management, Invoice, VC, Interface with
legacy systems (development details, mapping and response).
• Created Functional Specs for the wricefs related to Sales Order (IDD, CDD, FDD). This
includes working with client representative for requirement gathering and planning of
development, creation of FS, Providing Demo to client and final approvals of the FS from
client.
• Worked with the technical team to develop the wricefs. This includes walkthrough for
the development, creating data for development, Functional Unit testing and fixing
issues and delivering final product.
• Participated in Mock and SIT sessions for Integration testing. Presently data migration
and Integration testing is going on. Working on specified test scenario s and Defect
fixing.
• Participated in full cycle optimizing sessions , which includes end to end testing with ECC
and other legacy systems.
2. Project Assignment:
Client – Tonnen General Group: The TonenGeneral Group was created in June 2012 through a
business alliance that united refining and sales, centered on TonenGeneral Sekiyu. The shift

signifies reorganization under Japanese ownership of the ExxonMobil Japan Group.
Headquartered in Tokyo Japan, it is the largest petroleum company in Japan.
Project Detail – Maintenance and support of the current SAP (R/3) 6.0 system for modules that
include SAP MM, SD, FI-CO, CRM, PP, PM, and UC4 (Atomic). Developing new functionalities as
and when required by the business.
Duration – May’2012 till June 2015
Role –Joined as a Consultant. Handled the role of OTC (SD) team lead.
Team Size –The total AMS functional team size is 40+ across all modules of SAP.
Responsibilities & Activities:
• Performing the role of Sales and Distribution stream lead to manage any high priority
issue/escalation in the SD vertical. Specializing and working as the Process delivery manager
for the SAP SD module.
• Ticket analysis & resolution of support calls related to Sales Management and customer
Service. Involved in reviewing the design and testing for other developments related to new
roll outs being executed.
• Worked with onsite assignment in TOKYO, Japan at client location, working on the system
integration process when TG bought a company Mirai KK. Worked in collaboration with the
client to gather requirement and provide solution. The effort was highly appreciated by

• Working on system related process improvement initiatives which include system
performance monitoring and improvement.
• Chairing the AMS delivery calls with the client for the SD vertical. The call aims at discussion

2. Project Assignment:
Client – ExxonMobil: ExxonMobil is one of the world's largest energy companies, providing its
customers with fuel for transportation, energy for heat and light, retail services and
petrochemicals products for everyday items. Headquartered in Texas, US, it is the third largest
company by revenue.
Project Detail – ExxonMobil’s decision to divest the Japan business is the mainstay of this
project. The divestment of business required IT divestment of the Japan business for the overall
ExxonMobil IT scenario. The Apollo project (code named "Jackson 5" in IBM) was one of the
most complex ExxonMobil SAP projects ever.
Duration – Nov-2011-May2012
Role – Consultant – SD Module.
Team Size –The total team size is 20+ across all modules of SAP including ABAP having 2 SD
consultants.
Responsibilities & Activities:
• Explored AS-IS Process and defining of business blue print and documentation.
• Preparation of AS-IS and Process Definition Document (PDD), KDS (Key Data Structure)
