- Why the call it the great war not WWI which has casualties, two reasons:Greater than any war came before itThe firs time that heavy artillery, machine guns , aircraft , submarines and even posion gas to be used in a war
- In 1914 there was a lot of tension brewing cause most of the europeancontries were empires fighting for land and power, so it was a matter of time till a war breakoutIt started in 28 June 1914 when a young serbian assassinate the emporer of Austo.. , a month late Austro.. Declare war on Serbia
- So other countries have to take sides, so Germany anf the Ottoman Empire made an alliance with Ausro..they’re called Central powersin the other side the Allied powers France, Great Britain, Russia , Belgium
- What special about this war is the Trenches Warfare, so if someone dies he dies in the mud and you must walk on him
- Germany was doing most of the work for the Central Powers and that’s gonna have its own consequences later. Most famous battle in WWI is Battle of Somme , when the germans came to France through Belgium. This battle left 300 thousnands soldiers dead and a million wounded
- Mean while in the US. Presdient Woodrow Wilson wanted to stay out of the war, but how could he . The german sank a british ship with 128 Americans and later the Zimmerman Telegram was discover it showed up that the Germans were asking the Mexcian to join the war and in return they will help them to take the Sothern states back from the US . His book “History of the Amercan people” defended the KKK
- But nit only that,Russia retreat from the war because the communist revolution was going on. And the allied were desperate for help. The US join the war and crush the Germans and forced them to sign a famous Treaty which historians believe it caused WWII

Which will be kown after UN that we know today . What’s funny it was established without the us although the Pres. Wanted to but congress voted not

- In Germany the had to print more money to pay the debt and that caused inflation and their became worthless and the unemployment rates going higher and higher
- But what made things worse is the Great Depression , The GD caused ecnomic hardship around the war. It happened during the “roaring twenties “The Depression should be a rescission it was caused because of two things : 1.Credit Card invention that allows people spend money 2.A long drought hit the us , bank will call bankrapucy
- That affected the Germans badly, the germans were looking for a leader to restore order an prosperity and who would someone with firing speeches saying that the Germans are the Master race

- His regime is based of Fascism founded by Benito Moussilini
- But what was going in Hitler mind he has a plan
- “My Struggle” as long as the don’t provoke , appeasment
- His First War was on the jews , but why the jews . He believed that they were the reason why germany lost WWI and they were behind the inflations.But that’s not hitler came up with it was an old believe in europe that the jew are curse and behind every conspiracy
- Here is a great poem in WWII similar to the idea “A strong man defned himself A stronger man defends other” .. I mentioned in his plan that he will enalate anyone opppose him
- France and Britain knew that he’s going to invade other conutries but they weren’t scare , they were relying on the USSR and Stalin to stop him whenever he does
- But Hitler prepares a blocking maneuver he sings a treaty with Stalin, not any treaty an assistance treaty . Stalin signed it cause he wanted the allied and the germans to kill each other off
- Treaty of Versailles split Germany for poland and hitler wanted to take what belongs to the germansThe first cannon shot of WWII was fired on Danzig, Britain and France declaries war
- Hitler, Order the Stookers the german aviation to wipeout Warsaw just to send a message that I’m capable

- Finally The WWII ends with the Japnese signing on theirsurronder
- A war that killed millions of people most of them are innocent civilians 60 million 2.5%
