First and foremost, a project manager is a leader
He directs the team towards a common vision
throughout the project lifecycle.
He is the one who facilitates them with resources
and frameworks to collaborate and work effectively.
3. Communicator
This is an informationalrole where the project
manager performs two types of communications :-
One is formal in the form of presentations, meetings,
etc. and the other one is informal communicationsin
the form of email messaging,calling, etc.
4. Coach and Guide
In order to make team members fully understand
their job responsibilitiesand tasks.
A project manager must teach them the importance
of their role That how accomplishing their job well
can promote their personal and professionalgrowth
over time.
5. Resources Identifier
For the successful completion of a project,
availability of efficient and effective resources, both
financial and human is an absolute necessity.
The project manager’s job is to identify such
resources and get them on board.
6. Project Plan Development
A project plan acts as a guide to implement and
monitor its workflow and progress,.
Therefore, it is the duty of the project manager to
ensure that the plan should be flexible and dynamic
in nature.
7. Establish A Project
Structure
The key considerationhere is to identify the
structure of the company, recognize the roles and
positions that’d be needed to complete the project.
And to figure out the services that might be provided
by the third parties.
8. Control
Keeping an eye on the progress of the project is
critical to reach the final destinationand achieve the
defined goals.
A project manager should know whether team's
efforts are contributing towards its growth or not.
9. Roles and Responsibilities
assigned :-
Imtiaz : His role is to look over all the main aspects of
the enterprise departments such as Marketing
,Sales ,Finance, Production etc. The responsibilities
are:-
Main task is to establish the brand JUGNI MASALA
and to bring business to the enterprise.
Guide and teach everyone the importance of their
role so that they can fully understandtheir tasks and
responsibilities.
10. Aziz : His role is to check and take part in every
departments to ensure the work assigned is getting
done right.
Main tasks are field work and support to give ideas
regardingany new development change in work or
process.
Take care of the resources both Human and financial
resources like recruiting employee or to get
enterprise resources efficiently.
11. Rozi : Her role is of communicator in which she has
the responsibilityof take part in the communications
department where she has to attend Company
meeting calls and emails etc.
Her tasks are to take part and support through new
ideas in the development and technical issues in the
department.
12. Shehnaaz : Her role is of department coordinator
In which she has the responsibilities to look over the
departments work.
Main task is to head the accounts department and
not letting any mistakes done in the finance side and
approvingmain decisions.
