In this Newsletter, we have covered important

As for SIPs, we have always motivated our

Market has shown robust growth from
previous Diwali to this Diwali. Nifty grew
from 12461 on 9th Nov 2020 to 17961 as on
4th Nov 2021, almost 45% of ROI. SENSEX
grew from 42597 on 9th Nov 2020 to 60067
as on 4th Nov 2021, almost 41% of ROI
Most analyst and investment coach believes
that the bull run will continue for next 4-5
years. At the same point they want
investors to understand a fact"
ROI may not be equally high; returns
will surely get adjusted over a period of
time. In current market situation,
reinvestment Risk is the bigger Risk !
Hence its clearly the time to remain
invested in Equities; but one should
choose the right mix of stocks or Funds
to get the best out of the rally.

INVESTMENT MANTRA

What is ESG Fund ?
ESG is the abbreviation of environmental, social, and governance.
Many investors across India prefer to invest in ESG compliant companies. ESG funds are
those funds whose asset allocation mostly includes shares and bonds of companies that are
evaluated based on the factors of environmental, social, and governance.
The ESG companies are assessed stringently on their sustainability before they are given the
tag. The ESG parameters reflect on an organisation’s culture, the risk involved, and
management, among other things. Hence ESG funds become suitable for those that believes in
sustainability and conscious approach towards the environment. An organisation is said to be
ESG compliant if it meets all the criteria of environmental, social, and governance standards.
As announced by hon'ble PM of India during COP26 Glasgow 2021 climate change conference,
India will target to become pollution free country by 2070. This is a huge statement and
commitment from the country like India. India is becoming more conscious of pollution
control and climate change. Companies that are strictly following all the steps to protect the
ecosystem around its factories and outlets are not in the firing line of the regulators, and
chances of being shut down are reasonably low. The possibility of the business being shut
down is higher for those who do not abide by the set of rules and norms to protect the
environment. Similarly worlds top leaders are dedicated towards this theme of Climate
Change and pollution control. These initiatives will certainly benefit the companies which are
ESG compliance.
The ESG funds carefully evaluate companies and choose to invest in shares of those
companies that are genuinely ESG compliant. Given below are the list of ESG funds available
in India.

What is Flexicap Fund ?
Flexi-cap funds are those funds which invest in companies across the market capitalisation spectrum, i.e.
large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap stocks. These funds invest in the stocks of all the large-cap, mid-cap
and small-cap companies.
Looking to invest across the market and put your money in outlier small-cap companies, emerging
mid-cap companies and reliable, blue-chip, large-cap companies, all at once, but don’t want to
constantly decide on their category-wise allocation every time? If yes, flexi-cap funds are the way to go.
A flexi-cap fund allows investors to diversify their investment portfolio across companies of different
market capitalisation, mitigating risk and lowering volatility. They are also referred to as diversified
equity funds or multi-cap funds.
Unlike mid-cap or small-cap funds where the funds focus on stocks based on market capitalisation,
flexi-cap funds can invest in any company irrespective of the company's market capitalisation. The fund
manager assesses the growth potential of various companies regardless of its size and invests the money
across various market segments and companies. In the current market scenario when investors are not
clear about the direction of the market flexi cap funds are the best choice for equity investments.
Given below are the list of some good flexi cap funds :-

What is Business Cycle Fund ?
Those who wish to take the benefit of first mover advantage and do not wish to take the risks
involved of investing in sectoral funds can invest in the business cycle funds.
Like we experience cycles when it comes to weather (summer-monsoon-winter), the economy
too goes through cycles. When it comes to the economy, there are four distinct phases. In the
boom and recovery phase, the economy does relatively better whereas during depression and
recession phase, the overall level of economic activities comes down. The journey of an
economy through each of these phases is called a business cycle. The change in a cycle can be
triggered due to various reasons which include factors such as interest, inflation etc.
The duration of each of these phases and that of an entire business cycle is not always the
same. Therefore, one cannot easily predict when a phase will begin or end. However, there are
certain indicators which can help indicate the change in the phase of a business cycle. For
example: The increase in bank credit and orders for capital goods companies may point
towards the onset of recovery phase while hyperinflation accompanied with higher interest
rates points towards imminent reversal of the boom phase. What one needs to be mindful
about is that the time period between the lead indicator and the actual change is difficult to
predict - says Balwant Jain from financial express.
Given below are the list of some good Business Cycle funds :-

1. Look for the right coverage
Choose a health plan that secures you against a wide range of medical problems and provides
benefits including pre and post hospitalization, daycare expenses, transportation, illnesses that
you may be at risk of due to your family's medical history, etc. If you are buying health
insurance for your family, check whether the policy meets the needs of each member of your
family. Consider your requirements, compare plans on benefits and costs and apply a little due
diligence to choose a plan that caters to your needs.
2. Keep it affordable
While it is important to buy a health plan that meets your needs, it is equally important that it
suits your pocket as well. Budget is a hugely important aspect when buying health insurance.
But, you should consider the plan benefits before you consider the price of the plan. It is a wise
decision to buy a reasonably priced health cover at the start to ensure you are covered properly
and the premiums are also affordable. With time, you can review your plan and increase cover
appropriately with the rise of income, family size, and requirements.

3. Prefer family over individual health plans
Individual plans are good for individuals who do not have a family to support. However, if
you are buying health insurance keeping your family in mind, purchase a family health plan
to enjoy maximum benefits at a more affordable price.
4. Choose a plan with lifetime renewability
When you buy a health plan, make sure to check for how many years the plan will cover you
or whether it offers limited renewability or not. Why? Because you will require a health plan
the most during the later years of age. So, choose health plans which offer lifetime
renewability.
