ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Administrative Officer II
Professional Up skilling Development aims to enhance school personnel skills and
capabilities. It is the goal of the Department of Education that every teacher will
become not only efficient but also effective. It is in this mission that today, a lot
of training’s and seminars are being conducted to improve and develop the craft of
each mentor in school. The Department fully understands that everything rises and
falls on the teacher’s capability to bring learning at the heart of every pupil.
One of the objectives of school is to help the teachers enhance their professional and
personal growth. We consolidated the Electronic Self-Assessment Tool (eSAT) to be
used as a starting point for informal purposes of self-reflection to clarify performance
expectations and determine which competencies to focus on. The different
departments submitted their consolidated eSAT to determine the teacher’s needs.
The program served as avenue for learnings and development of teachers in the
different discipline. In 2021, we have a total of 24 teachers attended ,learned and they
applied their learning inside of their classroom.
Training’s and seminars on ICT, new methods and techniques in teachings,
orientations on the K-12 Curriculum, Values Formation Seminars and the likes are
being held in different parts of the country so as to prepare all the teachers in
globalization. Their attendance to these seminars will help create an effective learning
environment, improve teaching-learning situations, keep updated on modern
instructional devices and inspire them to become better teachers in the modern world.
Since the department is offering some free training’s and seminars, teachers must
grab this opportunity for self- improvement.
Training is very essential to any organization. Investment on the training of employees
will be fruitful and satisfactory returns will be there. Effective training enhances the
technical practical skills of the employees and the off the job training makes the
employees to learn theoretical knowledge. Motivation and attitudes of the employees
will be enhanced by attending on trainings and seminars. Result of this study proved
this fact. Organizations should plan the training based on the employee needs, growth
and learning plans.
Great teachers deserve great rewards, and nothing is more effective than praise and
recognition in the form of a national teacher award. Many organizations and
companies around the country offer such commendations because they recognize the
value of excellent educators. With a little time and effort, your multi-talented,
innovative staff can be award winning as well!
Students can be recognized for a number of accomplishments, including improved academic
standing, a demonstration of their love of learning, or because they have shown exemplary
attitude and behavior. Some will lead by example while others will be determined to learn, no
matter the obstacles. School administrators will find great pride in discovering the numerous
ways students should be recognized.
It is also the same in Canocotan National High School. For more than 2 years of providing
quality education, CNHS is continuously soaring to a greater height. As the school celebrated its
8th founding anniversary this year, the school is determined in producing competitive and
quality graduates. As this recognition implies that the CNHS is indeed aiming to showcase the
new face of quality education with k-12, its administrative staff, teachers and school principal as
its backbone.
The list of awards of the school is a good evidence of its campaign to produce globally
competitive graduates. Starting with the Science and Mathematics competitions, the school
bagged the 2nd and 3rd place at the Sci-chess Competition for individual events awarded by the
Division of Tagum. In the same field, CNHS also secured the third, fourth and fifth place in
Sudoku Challenge and brought home the Certificate of Recognition as the Over-all Champion
for Sci-Chess.
In the field of current events and journalism, the school also fearlessly secured and proved the
skills and talents of the students and teachers by securing the 5th place at the Division Schools
Press Conference. The students who stood out in the events paved the way for the school to
claim the said spot. The school also brought home student winners in the individual events in
the said Division level clash namely; Pagsulat ng Lathalain (5th Place) and Pagsulat ng
Editoryal (5th Place). It didn’t just end there! The award-winning students also took higher
grounds as they also claimed a spot in the Regionals at Digos City. They secured the 5th spot in
Pagsulat ng Lathalain event among over 50 participants from different divisions.
CNHS isn’t only about the brains but also has something to say when it comes to dancing and
performing arts. They had been named as the second runner up in the Baranggay Musikahan
by the Tagum City Local Government Unit of Tagum. Also, they have been branded as
Children’s Month Hip Hop competition second runner up still by the same government body.
They have been successfully hailed by the DepEd Tagum as the 3rd place in Folk Dance and in
Katutubong Sayaw in the concluded Festival of Talents last school year.
Given the number of years in providing quality graduates honed by top caliber professionals the
performance of CNHS was been remarkable and overwhelming. Teachers and students do not
just work their hardest to only just provide and comply to what is asked but always been doing
to the best of their abilities to leave a mark in whatever competition they are invited to
participate. The performance over the years has been their motivation to always strive for the
best results as they all work hand in hand to achieve success. Uswag Canocotan!
