Jeff Wilke
Jeff Wilke joined the Graham & Company Huntsville office in 2000 and was promoted to Vice President in 2005. Specializing in the
sale, leasing and development of industrial and office property, Jeff has brokered over 6 million square feet with a market value in excess of
$100 million.
Jeff is a 1996 graduate of Florida State University where he received his degree in Economics with a minor in Urban and Regional
Planning. He obtained the CCIM designation in 2002 and SIOR designation in 2004. Jeff served as a founding board member of the
Huntsville Young Professionals (HYP), and as board member for the Art Krewe of the Huntsville Museum of Art. Following his participation
in Huntsville Madison County Leadership’s Connect Class 1, he served as curriculum and project chairperson for Connect Classes 2, 3 and
4. Jeff is a member of the Economic Development Association of Alabama (EDAA) and a licensed real estate broker in Alabama and
Tennessee.
Kyle Collins
Kyle Collins joined Colonial Properties in 1986 as a leasing representative for the Montgomery, Alabama portfolio responsible for leas-
ing approximately 500,000 square feet. After three (3) successful years where he ranked among the top producers in the Company, Kyle
was named Vice President of Leasing and Development in 1989 and elevated to Senior Vice President in 2004. He is currently responsible
for leasing, development and operations of the Alabama and North Carolina portfolios which amass approximately 4 million square feet and
an operating budget of over $50 million. In 2000, Kyle received the highest honor bestowed on a Colonial Properties Trust employee when
he was awarded the “E.L. Lowder Award”, given annually to the most valuable employee in the company.
Kyle is a 1986 graduate of Auburn University where he was a three (3) year letterman for the varsity football team. While at Auburn, he
served as President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, President of the A-Club, a member of Omicron Delta Kappa honorary scholastic
society, recipient of the Bill Streit Award and was named to the Academic All-SEC team in 1984 and 1985. Kyle received his Juris Doctorate
in 1994 from Jones School of Law and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in the spring of 1995. He is past Commissioner for the
Governor’s Commission on Physical Fitness, a past Director on the State Board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, past Chairman of the
Board of the Chi-Ho Children’s Home in Huntsville, current member of the Advisory Board for The Banc Corporation, Vice President of the
Board of Directors for the Huntsville Broadway Theater League and motivational and inspirational speaker.
D. Scott McLain, CCIM
D. Scott McLain, CCIM, of Huntsville, Alabama, is Principal and Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate.
McLain is Southern Division Chair of Governmental Affairs for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Additionally McLain
serves as Chair of the Retail Group of Coldwell Banker Commercial globally and also as member of the Coldwell Banker Commercial
National Advisory Board. McLain is also a retail developer, an advocate for downtown redevelopment, and a proponent of adaptive reuse of
existing real – estate improvements.
Very active in local, state, and national civic, political, and professional activities, McLain holds a degree in Public Policy from Duke
University and a Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law. He is a candidate at the Harvard University Graduate School of
Design for the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) designation in commercial real estate. Married, McLain enjoys six (6)
children.

Brian Hilson
Brian Hilson is President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County. The Chamber is the lead economic
development organization for the Huntsville/Madison County area, and works closely with state and local officials to promote the Huntsville
area, recruit new companies and help local employers expand. Huntsville/Madison County has been recognized as one of the best commu-
nities in the nation for growth of advanced technology businesses. The Chamber also promotes Huntsville’s defense and space industry
interests, and is active in programs ranging from image enhancement to small business support to workforce development.
Mr. Hilson served as the Chamber’s Senior Vice President for Economic Development from 1992 until being named President of the
Chamber in 1997. Previously he was the Vice President of the Birmingham Metropolitan Development Board and he has held economic
development positions with the Birmingham and Mobile Chambers of Commerce. He began his career in economic development 27 years
ago as a graduate intern with the Development Board in Birmingham. A native of Huntsville, he is a graduate of Auburn University and the
University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. He is a graduate of Leadership Alabama and of Leadership Huntsville/Madison
County. He serves on the Boards of the Economic Development Association of Alabama, the Japan-America Society of Alabama and the
Alabama Germany Partnership, the North Alabama International Trade Association, the University of Alabama in Huntsville Business
Advisory Council, The Business Council of Alabama and is active in a number of other state and national economic development organiza-
tions. He and his wife, Windy, have two children, ages 21 and 17.
David D. Wilson, MAI
David Wilson is President of The David Wilson Company, LLC, a commercial real estate appraisal, research and consulting company in
Huntsville, Alabama. In 1994, after five years as a commercial appraiser in Dallas, David was awarded the MAI designation by the Appraisal
Institute and moved to Huntsville. While his Huntsville appraisal company provided service for a broad variety of commercial investment
property, their focus over the past four years has been providing appraisals and market studies for apartment properties throughout the
state. Service is provided for both conventional properties and affordable Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties.
The David Wilson Company has been producing the Apartment Market Survey publication for the Greater Huntsville Area since 1994
and has co-produced the Birmingham Apartment Survey publication with Rock Apartment Advisors since 1999. Capitalizing on his knowl-
edge, experience and contacts in the apartment sector, David joined Rock Apartment Advisors, as a real estate sales agent in October 2006.
Rock is a commercial brokerage company whose exclusive focus is apartment sales with a coverage area including Alabama, Tennessee,
Georgia, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle. Rock has brokered over $600 million in apartment sales in the past three years.
While focusing the majority of his time on the brokerage business, David continues to operate his appraisal business. David is a gradu-
ate of the University of Southern Mississippi where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in real estate and
insurance. David has served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of North Alabama for the past six years. David is
also active in his church as a small group leader. David is married and has two children, ages 10 and 13.
