We have a strong Quality Control mechanism under which our expert quality team minutely
scrutinize the yarn before knitting and dying, do a careful study on the knitting procedure as well as
dying procedure, carry out test favorable and meant for hassle free exports like shrinkage control,
Tear Strength, AZO free, Lead Free test and other harm full test for human body, and provide
permission to process the fabrics is issued after compliance are meet according to standards. They
also do supervise the entire process from sewing till packaging so as to ensure quality and
standardization and have an eye on the dispatch procedures like loading, pre-shipment and post-
shipment documentations.
We are able to supply large demands and ensure the prompt supply of consignments
complementing the time schedule issued by the client. We also assure our best co-operation and
customer services at all time.
5. OUR PROCEDURE :
1. First time we must know which type of clothing you need with its tech pack like product
name, measurement sheet, sketch, size, color, fabrics description, Packing method etc.
2. Secondly we will give the best price F.O.B, C&F, CIF or FOC with the help of above
mentioned information.
3. If you agree our quoted best price then we will send samples as per your request.
4. If you approve sample then please you will send us order confirmation or PO sheet.
5. We will start production upon receipt confirm export L/C or TT.
6. If you would like to receive production sample, Size Set and shipment sample we will
provide you as per your requirement.
7. Minimum qty. = as per buyer’s requirement.
8. Sample pricing: If the Sample quantity is bulk all sample and freight cost born by the
buyer, if the sample quantity is small only freight cost bear by the buyer. This cost will
be deducted when buyer will give us confirmed orders.
OUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURE:
1. Our expert quality team will check carefully Yarn before knitting and dying
2. They will check knitting procedure to avoid needle cut, Missing yarn, Slub
Yarn with carefully as well as dying procedure to control shrinkage and better
hand feel also.
3. Before cutting fabrics our quality team will check all matter like, Dirty ,
GSM , Missing Yarn , Contamination , Shrinkage , test reports etc , or other
harm full test for human body , after qualifying all the requirement they will give
permission to cut those fabrics.
4. Our QA & Merchandising Team will check all fabric and trims and after that
will be allow a test cutting to start production.
5. During sewing time our quality people will stand by each production line till
finish the sewing.
6. Our QA & Merchandising Team will check the output garments from test
cutting for measurement, trimmings, if qualify only can allow to start bulk
production.
7. One QA always stand by in the end of every production line to check all
garments pc to pc which are completed. They will send these garments on final
check table which will be qualified.
8. Everyday our QA will do an inline inspection which report will be submitted to
the management for checking.
9. On the check table our QA team will check again all pc to pc garments and
which will be qualified only pass to washing or finishing.
10. In finishing we have another QA team they check all pc to pc goods including
measurement before tagging the price tag.
11. Our quality people will also supervise when remove all dust, Lose thread,
Uncut Threads and other spot by automatic machine.
6. 12. After 15% packing our QA team take a pre-final inspection and after
qualified they allow starting bulk packing.
13. After complete the goods our QA take the internal final inspection and
after qualified to allow to conduct the final inspection.
14. In the same way our expert team checks when the goods enter in to each
pc poly bag and carton.
15. Our people and management also stand by in loading time in Vehicle for
shipment to make sure no bad quality Garments or damaged quality cartons each
loaded.
16. Finally our responsible quality person Go the sea port or airport along
with vehicle, and they will hand over the goods to our or buyer’s valuable
shipping lines.
