01Click offers a sales productivity system called Conversations that helps sales reps present the right solution to prospects and then add opportunities to their CRM. Conversations provides packaged content to prepare for and make sales calls, measures the revenue impact of content, and allows reps to add opportunities directly to their CRM from their tablet. It is being used by IBM worldwide to improve sales reps' pipelines, increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and shorten the time for new reps to become productive.
