Leading Chemical Company
In order to deploy a carve out, we reviewed existing vendor landscape,
contracts, mobile device strategies and defined a future cloud target
architecture and collaboration backend. In this project we transitioned
workplace, hosting and security operations to external partners. We
achieved a cost saving of 20%. Furthermore, In addition the new
platform is more resilient against cyber attacks.
Leading Automotive Company
We helped a global automotive client with cost reduction regarding
their Microsoft contracts. In this project, we reviewed the Microsoft
contracts in workplace (Windows, Office, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)
and the relevant IT costs. We created a 7-year business case with
transformation roadmap for >100k employees. We accomplished cost
savings of up to 30% annually and unlocked C-level management
decisions to transform the business with workplace cloud strategies.
