Ben Ogunby
Acquisitions Director
Ben joined Landmark in 2008 and quickly progressed to
director level. He has been working in the industry for over 17
years and is highly experienced and respected. His department
has completed on over 1,000 ground rent portfolios, with a
collective value of hundreds of millions. Ben is responsible for
all acquisistions from negotiation through to completion.
Mark Hawthorn
CEO
Mark founded Landmark Investments in 2000. He has
been involved in property and investment all of his
working life and has worked with many of the country’s
leading developers. He has an array of knowledge and
contacts in the industry.
Andrew Savage
Finance Director
Andrew joined Landmark in 2017 with a remit to promote
growth across the company. He is an experienced finance
director with many years expertise in the property industry,
having spent the last 15 years in the housebuilder sector both
PLC and large regional level. Andrew is responsible for all post
completion management.
