To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter on behalf of Ben Rhodes, a candidate for employment with your company. I
supervised Ben in a past role. He stood out among his peers as someone who constantly pushed himself
to achieve more, strengthened all those around him, and collaborated well with his colleagues.
While I supervised Ben, I quickly noticed his drive to be the best at his role. While still in training, I
mentioned a few sites to our mentors that they could use to further their knowledge of resumes, cover
letters, and interviews in order to provide better services for the students at our university. Ben wrote
these sites down and actively researched hiring procedures at major companies that our students
target. He displayed initiative and a desire to be the best in every new training that came along, asking
questions to clarify things that were unclear.
The attribute that most closely describes Ben is his willingness to strengthen those around him. I had the
reviews constantly came back with comments on how the student felt they could trust him because of
the level of respect he showed them. His competence with the material, along with his adherence to our
appointment policies and procedures, allowed him to provide a level of service that encouraged our
clients to return time and time again to fine tune their skills.
Ben also displayed an amazing ability to win over his teammates. He was quick to point out their
successes and congratulate them in our weekly meetings. His humility and care for his team members
surpassed any of the other mentors I supervised. He always shared the latest things he learned with our
team.
Ben loved his position, and we were sad to see him go. He has been successful since he left our team
and I am excited to see what future opportunities lie in store for him in the near future. He will make a
valuable addition to your team.
Respectfully,
