companies (competitors, distributors, suppliers, etc) where suitable candidates can be identified.
Identification – process of finding the names of potentially suitable candidates coming from the companies on the
target list.
Direct Approach – contacting (confidentially) the candidates and presenting them the available opportunity. Get their
