Bethany Linsley worked as a receptionist for three years at Cascade Ear Nose & Throat, where she demonstrated excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn. She was always warm and friendly towards patients, following up to ensure their needs were met. Additionally, Bethany independently took on and completed a major office reorganization project without being asked. To whom it may concern,
I am writing to wholeheartedly endorse Bethany Linsley for employment. We worked together
at Cascade Ear Nose & Throat for approximately three years; she as a receptionist and me as an
audiologist. For the latter year and a half of my employment, we worked together quite closely
at the Arlington location.
Bethany was always warm and friendly towards the patients and has great attention to detail. I
would often ask her to call a patient for me and without hesitation she would not only call but
would also follow-up with them at a later date to be sure their needs were met. Prior to us
working together, Bethany didn’t have much experience with the hearing aid aspect of our
practice; however, she was eager to learn the little nuances of scheduling and running a hearing
aid clinic.
Aside from her receptionist duties, she took on a major reorganization task and did so without
having to be asked. She was able to see that this needed to be done and took the initiative to
complete the project.
It was a pleasure working with Bethany. If I could take her with me to my current office I
