Certified. Surgery specialties to include open heart and orthopedics and spine. Total FTEs at this facility

Seton Coastside, Moss Beach,CA
Skilled nursing facility with116 skilled beds, 5 acute care beds,standby Emergency Department.
Outpatient services to include: rehabilitation services, laboratory services, and radiology. Responsible for
all areas with 400+FTEs.

CA and is recognized as a center of excellence in the treatment of this medically fragile patient group.
NURSE MANAGER (directly responsible for all nursing personnel employed)
Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer; Responsible for over 180 FTE's (i.e., nursing staff to include
supervisors, RNs, LVNs,CNAs and Unit Clerks); Involved with all hiring and disciplining of staff with
nursing supervisors and the supervisors participating in corrective actions as well; Participate in
educational planning and implementation; Assist in the planning, development and implementation of the
departmental budget; Currently being mentored by the CCO and CEO with special interest in working

a "High Acuity Unit"-an interdisciplinary approach to deal with teambuilding principles.

established; Translated for healthcare personnel from the U.S. while working in the mountains of

RN – Established a mobile healthcare clinic (WHO pilot project); Reported to the Regional Director of
WHO (resided in Kenya); Acted as liaison between medicine men and women of African / tribal

clinic from 3 different tribes; Performed training sessions for the clinic staff regarding basic health care
