3.  Responsibilities :
 Project scheduling and monitoring as per CPM Chart and report to project manager.
 Getting structures ready as per drawing and also checked by consultants and passed
by clients.
 Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
 Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project
Manager
 Utilize the man power and materials.
 Preparing weekly, monthly programmes and executing it on site.
 Preparing and maintaining DPR and DLR.
 Managing site works and preparing job workers bill in time.
 Dealing with client, consultants and contractors.
 Closeout the all QA/QC ,Safety issues.
 Analyzing cost on weekly basis, Preparing budget and giving final cost analysis to
project manager.
 Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the
engineers/Contractors and/or Sub-Contractor’s Representatives
 Keeping Joint Measurement Record and getting it passed from Consultants and
Clients. Also Reconsolating Extra Steels used aside the drawing.
 Preparing B.B.S as per drawing as well as per site.
 Responsible for day to day site work
 Assist in necessary project documentation
 Accurately inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly

 Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by the contractor
 Attend and review all benchmarking meetings
