Maintained the continuous watch on the International Marine UHF / VHF Channels & MF/HF SSB Radio
Frequencies. Maintained the continuous watch on the international Marine VHF distress / DSC Channels and
MF/HF SSB distress / DSC frequencies. Carried out the tests on the distress DSC channels / frequencies
as per the scheduled maintenance. Received and distributed navigational and metrological warnings
to the concerned personnel.
Maintained the continuous watch on the UHF / VHF channels approved by the Control stations in the
respective offshore oil fields. Communicates and co-ordinates with helicopters, supply vessels, work boats,
Control station, Platforms and Base Office. Attended and maintained log entries for all telephone
communications on V-SAT and onboard Telephone board systems. Prepared daily reports, logs of all events,
Boats and Choppers movements. Maintained communications and continuous watch on the Aero VHF
Channels. Accordingly co-ordinate with the concerned personnel for the chopper passenger’s movements.
Update POB List, LB List and T-Cards system ASAP. Communicate and co-ordinate with standby boat,
