goals of the company to the associates.
Board Member - SHEP (Safety, Health, Environmental Practice) – Trus Joist - responsible for
walking through the plant every two weeks to look for environmental hazards and to make sure
the equipment is in good working order. The committee is also responsible for making the
other associates aware of the safety practices, such as hazardous spill clean up and fire
evaluation programs.
