- 16. What is digital experience design?
- 18. In this studio course, students will develop their ability to synthesize 2D, 3D and 4D conceptions of space with knowledge and skills of interactivity to create and produce the digital experience. This studio will solidify and expand the student’s vocabulary and ability to innovate within the digital context. Students will complete a social awareness project that explores spatial, emotional, informational and communicative issues. The project should reflect a high degree of conceptual, aesthetic and technical mastery for successful completion of this course. Class discussions and readings will explore issues in contemporary culture and storytelling through new forms of media. The goal of this studio is to give the student a more conscious approach to design and a thorough understanding of the programmatic techniques & best- practices used to translate design to a successful interactive experience.
