2. Around 66.8% of its residents were born in Australia, while the remaining percentage came
from other countries like England (3.3%), India (2.9%), Italy (2.3%), New Zealand (2.1%) and
the Philippines (1.5%). Most of them work for the manufacturing, retail trade, construction,
transport, and many other industries. English is the most spoken language with 72.4% of its

About 29% of its residents fully own their property, while 39.6% are still in the process of paying
their mortgage. Nearly 28.1% chose to rent.
