4. Over 10 years ago, I was 40+ pounds overweight. My clothes didn't fit,
I was always tired, moody and feeling insecure a majority of the time. I

at one point and thinking to myself "this isn't really me, I need to take
control". I decided in that moment, I didn't want to live my life
uncomfortable in my own skin any longer. My mind was made up to
stop practicing my unhealthy lifestyle. I've made a lot of mistakes on
the way, but I also have a ton of knowledge, practice, and personal trial
and error that has helped me to understand and teach holistic fitness,
nutrition and wellness to myself first and then to other women
motivated to change. I feel great in my skin now, but there's more. I'm
healthy, I feel strong emotionally and physically and my mind and my
heart feel happy and full. Since starting my transformation journey, I
haven't looked back.
