Supply Chain Risk Assessments
Supply chain initiatives including globalisation and outsourcing have helped
reduce company supply chain direct costs but have resulted in greater supply
chain complexity, exposure to greater risks and increases in losses. As well,
compliance with government supply chain programs such as the USA's C-TPAT
have made having robust supply chains fundamental to continuing to export to
certain markets.

BRM are experts in supply chain risk management. We work with you to
understand your goals, business objectives, and industry challenges. Our risk
assessment will allow you to identify key vulnerabilities in your supply chain and
recommended changes. It will also allow you to consider risk alternatives such as:

 What is the risk of potentially moving manufacturing facilities overseas?
 What is the risk of not being able to fulfil a spike in consumer demand for
     our products?
 What is the risk of not having real-time inventory information from vendors
     or customers?

Our supply chain risk management process includes:

 Assessment: identify key vulnerabilities in your supply chain
 Analysis: identifies, quantifies, and prioritizes critical supply chain risks and
     potential alternatives.
 Roadmap: We can assist further to develop detailed plans needed to
implement the changes required to achieve your organization’s future state
     risk profile.

The number of truck hijackings continue to increase throughout Asia. This special program reviews
your company's current security initiatives against current international standards and best practices.
The program was originally developed many years ago and was based on Andrew’s investigations
into many hijackings across Asia while working for the world’s largest high tech company. Following
implementation, over a 4 year period, not a single vehicle was hijacked.

           program.

           C-TPAT
Are you exporting to the USA? C-TPAT is a voluntary government-business initiative to build
cooperative relationships that strengthen and improve overall international supply chain and U.S.
border security. US Customs require compliance with their supply chain security importation program.
BRM can assist you to become compliant. We're experienced in assisting companies, having helped

of companies achieving ISO28000 has increased greatly. Companies implementing the program
report significant reductions in costs relating to security and operations.

If you want to stay ahead of your competitors and reduce your logistics costs, implement ISO28000.
