11 questions to establish you attitude toward relationship?
1. Do you like yourself?
2. Do you like others much?
3. Do you judge others harshly?
4. What is you attitude toward relationship?
5. Do you have relationships, or relationshit?
6. How has you family effected you attitude towards relationships? (good or
bad)
7. Did anyone ever provide you the skills needed for developing good
relationships?
8. Do you believe that the quality of you life is dependent upon the quality of
you relationships?
9. Are you a pessimist or an optimist?
10. Do you want to develop lasting social, business, personal and family trust
centred relationship?
11. Are you prepared to do the work necessary to develop better relationship
skills?

• Many don’t like themselves although looking at
them you would never know this...
• Why people don’t deal with low self esteem
• What causes this disappointment in self
• Who caused these feelings
• Can they be changed
• You are you own worst enemy
• Forgive yourself, accept yourself, and be yourself
• You are more amazing that you could ever
imagine
Why people don’t deal with low self
esteem
• Accepted internal and external programmes
• What you think about yourself is unfair
• We are so harsh on our selves
• Perfection is not possible
• Why.....why....why.....?
• This is just who I am!
• People pleasing
• Let downs + put downs = disappointment
• Is there something wrong with me
Do you pre judge situations, others
and yourself?
• We all do this but some more than others
• Why do we judge?
• What is the effect of this?
• Can it be changed?
• How can it be changed?
• What will be the benefit of this change?
• Judge not the you be not judged......
• The energy of judgment....
Relationship, or relationshit?
• Good lasting relationships are far and few
• What is relationshit?
• How dose this relationshit begin?
• Is there such a thing as a good relationship?
• Can it be changed?
• How?
• Good relationship take effort, trust, and non
judgment...
• There is nothing more fulfilling....
How has your family influenced your
view on relationships?
• Did you grow up surrounded by healthy family
relationships?
• Has you family assisted you or not in this?
• No=how?
• Yes=how?
• Can the programme be changed or improved
upon?
• The buck stops here......!
