a charitable life is a modern 501(c)3 foundation with the mission to help
those in need that are dealing with organ failure by using funds to drive
education, donation, and providetravel/medication assistance for
expenses that are incurred during the organ donation process for donors,
recipients, and their families to help facilitate more transplants.
a charitable life was founded by Stephen Preusz. At the age of 29, he was
diagnosed with IGA nephropathy,orEnd Stage Renal Failure (Kidney
Failure). He began ACL as a way to providefor those enduring the same
experiencesand processesthat he went through. a charitable life acts as
a regular insurance agency except that a portion of the proceedsearned
go to charity.
a charitable life, Inc. (“ACL”) has developed a new employee benefits plan
called The Wellness Transformation (“The WT”), and just like most
programs, it saves payroll taxes payable by the employer and, at the same
time, can increase supplemental coverage to the employee, with almost
no change in pay, while giving the employee Choices…
• Choice of what insurance to buy based on their needs
• Choice to participate in a participation based wellness program
• Choice of supplemental benefits for employees

WT in an amount pre-set by WT in
accordance with rules of the WT.
These contributions are deemed to be
on a pre-tax basis and excluded from
taxable income within the IRS Section
125 Rules.

payroll taxes is reduced and the
WT reduces the payroll tax
obligations of the employee and
employer. The result is an
average savings of $500 per
employee annually.
