My "sweet spot" is Customer Success. I love helping the customer improve their business using a combination of technology, people and process. In my current role at Alpine Data Labs we provide a data analytics platform (the technology) that enables our business customers (the people) to build analytical solutions integrating all types of data (big data and small), and applying these analytical solutions to their business processes for increased revenue and reduced cost.
