Contributed to proposal and multimedia presentations development; created or assisted in graphic and video needs, and
handled final printing and production. Worked closely with program manager and presentation team throughout
presentation process; distributed presentation template to team, reformatted slides and edited for consistency, created
graphics and charts, and printed handouts for clients. Photographed and maintained employees’ portraits in photo directory
on Intranet site; photographed company events; and maintained and organized vast photo file library, which consisted of all of
company’s projects and pursuits. Created miscellaneous magazine and print advertising and visual conference booth displays.
Assisted with setting up lights and video and audio equipment for in-house video interviews and marketing shoots.
• Designed the look and flow of the company’s first internal Intranet Website used from 1999 to 2012.
• Played instrumental role in creation and implementation of company’s first photo file archiving system for employee
associates to use on Intranet site.
• Changed marketing look of company’s marketing displays and conference booths by updating to newer, lightweight
pop-up version; displays recognized as fresh, modern, and graphically appealing, and represented company very well
for 12 years.
• Created first video slide shows prominently displayed during major conferences; typically via three monitors that
showcased company’s best work, projects, and accomplishments.
• Played primary role in creating the company’s online instructional tutorial video that is used by all associates for the
new Intranet file archiving program called OpenAsset, 2014 to present.

INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE, Jacksonville, Florida, Graphic Designer, 1985-1996. Responsibilities included layout and
design, graphics design illustrations, business forms, letterheads, logos, airbrush work, and spot drawings. Created line art,
maps, graphs, forms, and brochures. Handled lettering of signs; designed posters, banners, and three-dimensional displays
associated with in-house and convention meetings and seminars.
NATIONAL MERCHANDISE COMPANY, Jacksonville, Florida, Graphic Artist, 1984-1985. Prepared all advertising layouts for
regular sections, Run of Paper (ROP) ads, and special promotions for in- and out-of-town newspapers. Operated Photostat
camera, designed headers for newspaper ads, and created line art and spot drawings.
