  15. For example, we often ask for a CV and cover letter. IF YOU DON’T SEND BOTH PROPERLY TARGETED TOWARDS THE JOB... then it’s BYE BYE application. TRASH
  16. P.S. You’d be amazed how many people don’t do this. At least half our applications are from people who have clearly just clicked “Apply” on a job search platform and submitted a cover-letter-less, generic CV. IT’S NOT HARD, IT’S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE so just do it.

  20. WHAT THE JOB SPEC IS LOOKING FOR and who can provide some kind of evidence FOR THE SKILLS/NATURAL WAY OF THINKING THAT WE SEEK WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WHO TAKE THE TIME TO REALLY UNDERSTAND
  21. This means we are not impressed when someone says “ I AM CREATIVE.” TOOT !
