Sun Hi-Tech SDN BHD Specialize in manufacturing of plastic Mould,was established
in 1988 with a commitment to provide to our clients the finest and the best quality
product in the field of plastic Injection Mould, Home Appliances, Automotive Part,
Car Battery, Large and complicated molds and capable of making molds for 3000 ton
injection molding machine. The main customers are
TOYOTA,HONDA,PROTON,HICOM.
RESPONIBILITIES:
 Manufacturing and Maintenance of plastic injection moulds Jig & fixture.
 Carrying out trials of the tools to ensure that the customer requirement of the component
are met.
 Documentation of mould base and inserts inspection reports
 Responsible for new tools and part approval.
 Perform breakdown,preventive maintenance,predictive maintenance,annual maintenance
of injection moulds and hot runner system
 Maintain the spare mould elements and hot runner elements to reduce machine stoppage.
 Carry out necessary Modification,ECI,corrections if required and to enhance the quality of
the tools.
 Continuous improvement and implementation of new techniques to improve productivity
and to reduce production cost.
 Trouble shooting of injection moulds during trial.
 Manufacturing,maintenance & recording of special purpose machine.

 Carried out many safety audits and improved safe working practices throughout the

ACOMPLISHMENT:
 Successful completion of model changes of various presstols for product development and up
gradation within time.
 Successfully completed series of presstools for the launch of new product known as digital
satellite direct to home receiver for the world space organization.
 Successfully completed series of presstools for a new product known as satellite surround
speakers.
 Manufacture of new smaller presstools for the up gradation of existing product as per the
direction of the production engineering department.
