Throughout my career I have been involved in product design, producibility and [business] process improvement and their integration of material and information. This has not been necessarily confined strictly to manufacturing and industrial applications. I have built up quite a toolkit from my experiences which I can draw from. I have a successfully adopted and applied VSM and Lean principals and combined them with EVM-like project management constructs throughout my assignments.
