I try to keep my goals simple. I just want to make things work better. Some of it is art, some of it is science, but a lot of it is just listening, and tinkering. It is a good feeling to work in the great-idea space, and I try to spend as much time as I can there, but those great ideas need to be successful over time, and serve a broad range of customer/visitor/user/player types for sustainable engagement and long-term relationship building.
