Do you think fitness is a girl's thing? Think again. Fitness could help you get a great body, live longer and

middle, and lower abdominal regions. You want to evenly spread your workout so that these develop
properly. If you fail to do this then you could end up with misshapen abdominal muscles in the locker
room.
