ProjectManagement.com recently
conducted a survey, commissioned by CA
Technologies.
The survey received over 400 responses from project
managers, program managers, portfolio managers,
PMOs, and senior executives from operational and
organizational management from 81 different
countries.
Here are five key areas where there was a
clear and distinct difference between those
organizations who reported their “annual
portfolio regularly delivers all of the business
goals and objectives” and those who did not …
1. Staff know the strategic goals and
priorities; the process for project
selection is well-communicated.
