The question: What makes the difference between the poor- and high-performing organizations? ProjectManagement.com recently conducted a survey, commissioned by CA Technologies. The survey received over 400 responses from project managers, program managers, portfolio managers, PMOs and senior executives from operational and organizational management from 81 different countries.
