Centre for Development of Stones (CDOS) is an autonomous organisation promoted by Government of Rajasthan and Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Ltd. (RIICO). CDOS has been conceived as a Centre of Excellence with state-of-the-art-work facilities with broad objectives to develop, promote and support the dimensional stone sector and related industries in India. CDOS has membership from all over India and from abroad. The Centre has established a state-of-the art R&D Centre and Stone Testing Laboratory with a view to undertake R&D work in stone sector and also testing of dimensional stones as per American (ASTM), European (EU) and Indian (BIS)
