for underground cable installation of AC & DC feeders, DC Whips, ground conductors, cad welds and fiber optic
cables. All while adhering to strict design specifications outlined by engineered drawings and county permits at
Topaz Solar Farm.

subcontractors with personnel on excess of 1,000 employees and a combined total of 1.8 million hours, oversight
of design and specifications, solicitation for bids and contract negotiation, project award, contracting, project
start-up and close out for turnover.

Civil – Site Prep
• Coordinate, monitor and inspect site prep contractors daily activities including grading and compaction of
over 6,000 acres, hydro-seeding, PVCS & PCS vault excavations and placement, roadway improvements
and security fence installation.

• Perform daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) monitoring of all sub-contractors daily specific activities.
