crescimento. A mineralizaçãoósseaaumentouà medidaque começoua

and environmental factors. as environmental factors we have to
consider the nutritional status, chronic diseases andendocrine acquired
or mutational endocrine diseases, inadequate exercise, biopsychosocial
situations. normal growthand exhibits many different patternsshows
the variationamong individuals andpopulations. Growthdata for
pubertal increase insex steroids andgrowthhormone secretion(hGH).
Estrogens seemtoplay an important role in the regulationof pubertal
growthin girls and boys. In girls, however, estrogens cannot be the only
sex steroids responsible for the pubertal growthas exogenous estrogens
not start a full growthspurt. Therefore investigated - if the levels of
different sex steroids andhGH, and relate themtothe pubertal growth.
Furthermore, the processof maturationand mineralizationwas
evaluatedduring this period. levels of bothestrogens andandrogens
have beenfound by stimulating toincrease at the beginning of the
female spurt, and it was shown that the growth rate is relatedtoGH
levels, estradiol andandrostenedione, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate
but not. In boys, hGH, testosteroneandestradiol increasedwhenthe
speedof peak height. Bone mineralizationincreasedas puberty began,
and was associatedwithan increase ingrowthrate. The osteocalcin, a
marker of bone formation is evolvedwhenthe growthrate decreased
althoughthe maturationhas progressedat aconstant rate. Conclude,
therefore, that ingirls, concertedactions of estradiol, androstenedione
hGH is responsible for playing a role inpubertal growthspurt, while in
males, this functionis ensuredby testosterone, hGH andestradiol.
During puberty, advancedbone maturationrate in terms of cross-cutting
patterns is a physiological phenomenon.
