1. INFLUENCIARIA A SECREÇÃO E ATUAÇÃO DO HORMÔNIO DE
CRESCIMENTO (GH) NOS DIVERSOS TECIDOS CORPORAIS,
DURANTE A INFÂNCIA, FASE JUVENIL E ADOLESCÊNCIA. É
POSSÍVEL VERIFICAR QUE O EXERCÍCIO FÍSICO INDUZ A
ESTIMULAÇÃO DO EIXO GH/IGF-1
estudos bem
desenvolvidos que
forneçam
sustentação a essa
afirmação. No
tocante aos efeitos
adversos advindos
do treinamento
intensidade do treinamento. A alta intensidade do treinamento parece
marcadores inflamatórios e a supressão do eixo GH/IGF-1. As pesquisas
recreativos facilitam a liberação do eixo GH/IGF-1, afinal a defesa do osso
longitudinal e diametral (lateral) do osso.
Durante a infância e a adolescência, a cartilagem epifisária promove o
A estrutura responsável

Although much is speculated about the bone growth by physical exercise,
were not found in the specific scientific literature and studies developed
to corroborate this statement.
The adverse effects arising from physical training during childhood and
adolescence, apparently, were independent of the type of sport practiced,
but the resulting intensity
of training. The high
training intensity seems
to cause an important
metabolic modulation
with elevated
inflammatory markers
and suppression of
GH/IGF-1 axis. Research
suggests that water
sports like swimming,
among other sports when not overdone with the support leg occur, e.g.,
recreational exercises facilitate the release of GH/IGF-1 axis, after the
defense of the bone is forming bone which compromises growth cartilage
4. (bone epiphysis). Through this research , it is evident the need for
longitudinal studies, in which infant, child , youth and even the teenagers
are monitored before, during and after their involvement in sporting
activities, with determination of the volume and intensity of training, for
definitive conclusions regarding the effects on final height can be issued.
The longitudinal growth of the diaphysis occurs at a local bone located
between the epiphysis and diaphysis. This site, in the form of a disc, is
called epiphyseal plate, metaphysis or growth cartilage. As the name
implies, this is a disc of cartilage tissue. It is, however, a highly specialized
cartilage. The epiphysis is part of a long bone that develops a center
different from the body of ossification of the bone or diaphysis, and it is
separated by a layer of cartilage. During development, epiphyseal
cartilage is responsible for the longitudinal and diametral growth (lateral)
of the bone. During childhood and adolescence, the epiphyseal cartilage
promotes growth, but when the individual reaches adulthood, the
cartilage is replaced by compact bone, interrupting the growth. As a child,
the epiphyseal cartilage constitutes a weak point of the bone and may
often be the seat of fracture.
The structure responsible for longitudinal bone growth is the Epiphyseal
plate that is located in the metaphysis, may still occur for significant effort
slippage of longitudinal growth
cartilage (epifiolise), which is a
complex situation for the
purpose of correction. The
growth in height, e.g., the
longitudinal growth is only
possible while the cartilages of
the long bones (examples of
which are the tibia and femur)
do not close, not close. Growth
Cartilage is closely linked to a number of hormones and physiological
substance that can stimulate cartilage closure of independent exercises,
but some metabolic disorders can accelerate or retard cartilage that
5. promote linear growth in child, juvenile and adolescent delaying, more or
less bone age to chronological age into account. When finishing puberty,
the growth also completes and enters adulthood, which is already
complete growth phase.
