1. • The System Comments Log records all changes made to the record.
• The Comments and History Log provides record of all comments and
workflow action history on the related workflow-enabled form.

2. Locate Workflow Record in Queue
Selecting the icon to the left of the record number will display the record’s detail screen.
Alternately, if you are not owner of record, you can use Search / All Workflow Forms from Navigator for desired
record.

3. View Record’s Logs
The Comments / History Log displays all comments and workflow history actions for the record.
The System Comments Log provides record of system-generated log entries; information on any changes made to
fields on the record.

4. Action or Comment Date/Time and User Information
Comment / History Log
Whenever a workflow action is performed, the action is recorded along with date/time and user information.
CMPRO Messages that are sent regarding the document, and any responses, are recorded. Actions such as the
addition / deletion of an attachment are also recorded.

System Comments Log
Logs include information about the type of change made, name of user making the change, and the date and time the
change was made.
