• Code reduces everything to binary in a computer’s elementary logic
gates
• construction contracts look like they are binary IF and THEN but are
not
• Problem remains that computer programs cannot, in the end, be built
from a foundation that tolerates ambiguity.
• Human judgment remains in terms of situation sense – Oracle role?
