Kevin Balm functionally serving as director of Participative Technology (Australia), designs and facilitates collaborative learning,
planning and decision-making processes to stimulate business innovation, improve team productivity, and increase coherence of
purpose. For over 25 years, and in more than 15 countries he has designed and facilitated planning, learning and change processes
within government agencies, private sector companies, community organizations, and international development assistance
programs.
Kevin’s portfolio of specific projects and roles highlights work ranging from strategy planning to leadership capacity building to
team development. Kevin studied Applied Sciences at the University of Illinois, Chicago, USA; Commerce at Osmania University,
Hyderabad, India, and received his facilitation training from the Institute of Cultural Affairs Australia. Kevin is a foundation
member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and served as the inaugural regional director for the Australia / New
Zealand region. He is a past president of the Institute of Cultural Affairs, Australia, and board member of its subsidiary, the Global
Institute for Facilitative Leadership.
Pankaj Bhargava a People person at Core, is the Founding Director of People Builders Pvt ltd (India), an expert on aligning various
teams with the organization culture & values in particular; building a culture of performance, facilitating team building & change
management and Strategic Business Planning process. A professional, with over 20 years of corporate experience in HR, OD,
Strategic Planning and Sales. Pankaj completed his PGDM from IIM Kolkata (1991), where he received the Bengal Chamber of
Commerce Medal for excellence in Personnel. Before that, he had completed his B. Tech. from IIT Mumbai (1987).
In his corporate career Pankaj was instrumental in building the Marico as an Organization of choice where he contributed through

Jude Balm designs and facilitates collaborative learning, planning and decision-making processes to stimulate business
innovation, improve team productivity, and increase coherence of purpose. For almost 25 years, and in more than 15 countries
including, Australia, Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, UK, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong,
Jude has designed and facilitated planning, learning and change processes within government agencies, private sector
companies, community organizations, and international capacity building programs. Jude has helped large multinational
corporations in Oil & Gas, Mining & Resources, private sector, government, quasi government and educational institutions
