Ubon Ratchathani, THAILAND.

• key stake-holders
related to solving the (water) problems.

 Lastly,

it aims to implement

Multi–Stakeholder Platforms (Dore:
2007) for consultation (negotiation)
process among the stakeholders to reach
workable strategies and agreements on
the water governance.
