 Working with the Hospital Management to transform OT Sterilization Department into Central Sterile
Supply Department
 Highlighting role of CSSD Managers in formulation and implementation of policies and procedures with
an objective of bringing down overall HAI Infections Rate
 Striving to recognize CSSD Operation & Management as professional education and help Pakistani
Institutes develop capacity in this regard
 Regularly Conduct Training and Professional Programs for the skill development of CSSD
Professionals in consonance with latest technological trends
