“Diversity is proven to bring value to an
organization. It saddens me that to this day
when people have to make a choice: either
to succeed in their work or take care of their
family. It is a choice no one should be
required to make, and for that, a big
objective of our PARC project is to ensure
we offer a solution that guarantees a work-
life balance for women & men out there. ”
MarieChantal Chassé
