Coaching Qualifications
My decision to enter the world of Performance Coaching comes from the love I have
for sport. I believe physical activity provides athletes with the opportunity to develop
their own abilities within a controlled environment, improve their interpersonal and
social skills, and in turn achieve their full potential in life. This hypothesis comes
from my own personal experience of being involved in physical education, from
being a member of various sports teams during my childhood to studying Sports and
Exercise Science at university. These experiences have provided me with
opportunities to develop the strategy and characteristics needed for coaching athletes
at various ages and levels. Performance Coaching is a dynamic and rewarding career

enrichment.
