This is Canopy’s mission statement.
Some words are important.
We are essentially a cloud integrator. What we mean by that is that we are an integrator of cloud services. Such cloud services are to be provided as on-line, on-demand services, and may be consumed by business and technical users out of a service portal.
This is what cloud is about: if you really try to define what cloud represents for a customer, this is very much about consuming services, ordering them, configuring them - consuming them as and when they are needed. Cloud is primarily on-demand, self-service IT, and this is the main business of Canopy: we engineer such services, we operate them and orchestrate them, so our customers can really benefit from the simplicity and flexibility of cloud.
And of course cloud is about transforming the business. A significant piece of any digital transformation process is very much based on what the cloud delivers.
Canopy’s approach through engineering, operation and orchestration of innovative cloud platforms and services builds on Atos’ global capabilities in professional services, application transformation and strategy consulting. Our customers will therefore be able to make the most of the business agility and cost optimization offered by the cloud at any stage in their digital transformation journey.
