Purpose

      prevent, eliminate, aspira
      nt controls pollution and
      improve the environment
      and matters related
      thereto.
Content

      Regulations of the surrounding
         environment (control of the concentration
of lead in gasoline motor) 1985
      Environmental quality regulations
         (motor vehicle noise 1987)
 The rules of the motor car (and gas
         emission controls 1977)
 Order of the environment (prescribed
activities) (assessment of the impact on
         the environment) 1987
Sound pollution

      Maximum noise level produced
         by motor vehicles two
or three wheels fitted andmanufactured after Ja
nuary 1, 1990, is the level of the standard B:
         Less than 90cc 92 dB (A)
         90cc and over 95 dB (A)
         The maximum level that can
be produced by more than three-
wheel vehicle is as in thestandard C (see Act)
         factor sound pollution
      noise factors
         traffic congestion
         airplane
         construction work
machinery and equipment from the factory
Environmental impact
assesment
      Noise or noise
      Vibration
      air pollution
      delay for pedestrians
      accident hazards
 hazards of dangerous goods carrying
         vehicles.
explanation from the aspect of
air pollution resulting from
vehicles MOTORIZED
 - Are not authorized to use or cause a car to smoke
the smoke density exceeds 50 units hartridge or
           comparable to its
Ringelman smoke-chart can be used in addition to
charts hartridge or ringleman examining the density
           of smoke emission.
           limit smoke
maximum density of smoke clouding is acceptable for
any volume of discharged vehicles by a motor vehicle
at any place within or near the root cause of the
           emission points.
the types of air pollution from exhaust
           -Carbon monoxide
           -Nitrogen-oksid
           -Smoke
           -Lead
