longer sufficient to just respond to want-ads . To shorten the length of a job
search, it is critical that job seekers use all the tools at their disposal. Your

market, create a resume that works, learn ways to network and interview,
and create an effective marketing campaign. One critical aspect is creation of
your post-employment career management plan to sustain employability, no
matter what the future holds.
