(1 st  is Google which owns YouTube) Because of the 2 Billion visits per day, it is important that we advertise your listing here. This is why in addition to the virtual tour, we take a quick, narrated video tour of your home and post it on You Tube and to all of the Social Media Sharing Sites.
We’ll create Craigslist ads which will incorporate TEXT, VIDEO, VIRTUAL TOUR AND YOUR PROPERTY WEBSITE. We will post it on a weekly basis. QR CODES QR codes are to be scanned by any phone with a code reader. We place these codes on all marketing materials for your home. When the code is scanned, the viewer will be taken to a Phone-Enhanced version of your property website. We find this is a great way to “marry” our print ads to the high tech resources we use to get your home sold .
